The entry requirement is an NQF Level 4 qualification (Matric)
- Initiate Projects – define objectives and establish scope.
- Plan & prepare – develop project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Execute & Control – monitor performance and manage risks.
- Close Projects – ensure successful delivery and project handover.

This qualification includes three components:
- Knowledge (Theory): 11 knowledge assignments.
- Practical (Application): 13 practical assignments.
- Workplace Experience: Structured workplace hours.
1.Project Manager – lead and deliver projects across industries.
2.Project Coordinator – support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
3.Programme Administrator – assist with managing multiple projects within a programme.
4.Operations Project Supervisor – oversee day-to-day project execution and reporting.
5.Junior Project Consultant – provide project support and advisory services to clients.
